I am Désirée Dümpel and since 1991 in the fitnness industry… I competed in nearly 30 competitions.

So i know a  lot about the ins and outs.

In 2018 I made my comeback, to retire after that.

I did come back in my best shape ever.

So age doesn't matter for competing on stage.

My new challenge now, is to organise my own competition on December 7th, 2019 in 

Den Helder, The Netherlands.
